Registration for pre-conference workshops and the conference dinner is on a first come first served basis. The fee for accompanying persons includes admission to both the welcome reception and the conference dinner.

Virtual Registration Categories Entitlements:
✔ Virtual live attendance at all plenary sessions, symposia and and oral presentation sessions (questions to speakers in the chat or Q&A facility of the virtual platform will be possible)
✔ Virtual Exhibition area
✔ e-Congress Material
✔ Possibility for a poster presentation on the virtual platform is provided (all posters, including those included in physical poster walks will be displayed and available on the virtual platform)
✔ Recorded sessions, available within 24 hours after the session closure (all videos will become public on the WCRI Vimeo channel two months after the conference)
Virtual Registration Categories exclusions:
✔ Virtual participants cannot attend the preconference workshops, the welcome reception, the conference dinner, the poster walks, satellite sessions and the focus track sessions
Registration Policy
Registration must be done online through the conference online form.
All participants must pay the registration fee online (by credit card) to complete the registration.
Registration for the student or professional in training fee is final upon verification of the documentary proof of student or professional in training status submitted to the registration system. The conference organisers reserve the right to charge the full participant fee if the proof of status is not received or is not valid.
The programme is subject to change without prior notice. In the event of cancellation of the conference, the only liability of the conference organisers is to refund 100% of the fees paid. Participants are advised to arrange adequate travel, liability and health care insurances.
